Client Details

Description
- Provide day to day financial support to commercial team
- Prepare performance reviews and other formal financial packages for management team on monthly and quarterly basis, including sales database, SIP calculation, rebate & commission accrual, EBIT walk, new product sales, STAR analysis etc.
- Work with commercial team and prepare full year EBIT projection on quarterly basis, including analysis on major changes vs. plan & vs. previous version.
- Monitor rebate & commission status and push for timely settlement.
- Support commercial team to improve profitability. Prepare margin analysis and variance analysis on regular basis to understand the major variance and identify price leaking areas or cost saving opportunities.
- Closely partner with China commercial teams and provide on-going support in pricing decision, RM cost monitoring and innovation projects to support business growth.
- Support finance manager to ensure business activities are incompliance with SOX requirements
- Support finance manager on ad-hoc projects
Profile
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in accounting, finance or business management
- 2-3 years working experience on planning and analysis positions in multinational companies
- Proficiency with MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Strong learning capability and willingness to taking challenges
