About the role:
Our client, is a well known Australian organisation who is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a Data focus to work on the Customer Data Platform (CDP) project.
It is fully funded, project is in Evaluate Stage and team will be developing the solution and business case.
Activities required:
Beyond standard BA skillset, experience in any of the following would be helpful:

Our client, is a well known Australian organisation who is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a Data focus to work on the Customer Data Platform (CDP) project.
It is fully funded, project is in Evaluate Stage and team will be developing the solution and business case.
Activities required:
- Gather and document business, functional, non-functional, reporting and security requirements of MDM* and CDP** platforms
- Gather, document, and assist in identifying new, business use cases for CDP, including assessing the business value of each
- Produce BRS and Requirement Traceability Matrix covering solution
- Produce Assessment Criteria Matrices for MDM & CDP solutions
- Input to RFPs
- Assist/input to business case development
Beyond standard BA skillset, experience in any of the following would be helpful:
- MDM solutions
- CDP solutions
- Data Analysis initiatives
- Contact Centre (most high priority use cases are expected in this space)
- CX initiatives
- Data governance
