This is an outstanding opportunity for our client's first IT Business Analyst to analyses existing processes, procedures and solutions and to consult the best way forward.
Reporting to the Senior Finance & IT Manager you will work with all aspects of the business and be called upon to share your analysis and recommendations as a truly valued member of the team.

This client provides staffing for the nursing, aged care and healthcare sectors and works on a franchise model. It equally has several divisions and offers a diverse range of services. Having proven success over the past 24 months, our client plans to future proof their business and build a long-lasting team.

The opportunity
The role will see you work on (but not limited to) the following:
- Undertake GAP Analysis of existing processes, procedures and solutions by running workshops and gathering requirements
- Demonstrate outstanding elicitation, analysis and problem-solving skills with an ability to form long-lasting professional relationships
- Conduct Process Mapping documentation of As Is and Target State
- Liaise with Third Party software vendors to ensure that solutions are fit for purpose (website and applications)
- Translate requirements into functional /solutions and specifications are requested
- Provide written and verbal project updates to the Senior Finance & IT Manager and the broader team as requested
- Prepare and undertake UAT of selected solutions
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and special assignments as requested

About you
To be considered for this role, you will need (but not limited to) the following:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Business Analysis supported by a related IT qualification
- Experience undertaking GAP Analysis and associated Process Mapping documentation
- Software Development/Engineering background with an ability to configure software
- Professional manner and approach
- Experience working with recruitment related software and/or the broader recruitment industry
- Strong communication skills inclusive of negotiation and presentation skills with an ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Highly independent yet with an ability to work constructively within a team environment
- Experience working within the healthcare industry (ideally)
- Experience upgrading websites and UX/UI (ideally)
