Mandatory requirements:
  • Proven Salesforce implementation experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud and Core Platform)
  • Strong stakeholder liaison skills and experience
  • The ability to deal with clients at a technical level, lead workshops, understand complex requirements and interpret and document for our development team
  • Experience with post implementation support
  • Data and system integration experience including source-to-target data mapping, data transformation, integration impact assessments, diagnosis of data quality issues, etc.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Be a self-starter and self-motivated
  • Have relevant qualifications or industry certifications
