Accountable Executive is currently looking to recruit a Dynamic Financial Controller for one of our clients in Brighouse. The business requires the Financial Controller to be the custodian of the business plan and to help drive financial and operational performance.

Remuneration
£60k-£70k plus car allowance plus benefits
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ambitious and driven FC who will be reporting to the group FD whilst being a trusted support to the company MD
- Acting as a confidant to the MD, financially assisting in the commercial direction of the business.
- Financial planning and analysis.
- Overseeing the production of monthly management accounts.
- Delivering the budget, forecast and cash report to board.
- Interpreting the financial performance of the business and present a meaningful performance dashboard to the board.
- To continuously drive improvements in the performance of the finance function.
- Managing and improving the performance of your finance team.
To succeed in this role, you must
- Be a dynamic and ambitious qualified accountant.
- Track record of strong academics, ideally including a 2:1 Honours degree or above.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment is essential.
