Your field of responsibility
Senior support role in the Global Treasury COO, you will be part of a global function to support Treasury's funding execution desks. Primary responsibilities include a supporting and oversight role in the operating model to produce a daily P&L and risk flash. This role will require heavy interaction with Treasury funding execution personnel in NY, London, Zurich and Asia as well as Treasury Product Control.
Other responsibilities include ongoing global book openings and closing, maintenance of Trader mandates and supervisory (compliance) checklists. The Execution team also has significant IT investment requirements and will rely upon this team to document business requirements partnering with Finance Change and IT as well as user acceptance testing on behalf of the Treasury business.

Your skills and experience
We are looking for an applicant who possess at least proven experience of at least 5 to 8 years in financial services industry, product control or operations.
- Undergraduate degree: Business finance, accounting, economics preferred.
- Proven analytical and conceptual skillset and very good knowledge of MS office tools (Advanced Excel and Power Point).
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to cultivate consensus in decisional processes, also for challenging and complex initiatives
- A dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude
- Ability to communicate optimally at all levels
- Proven Knowledge of Treasury functions or subject matter expertise is a plus
