PepsiCo is on the lookout for a Treasury Analyst to join our team in Carrigaline on a permanent basis.
The Global Cash Operations Team within Corporate Treasury at PepsiCo, Inc. (“PEP”) plays a leading role in ensuring that that all PEP banking activity is effectively managed with a key focus on a strong control environment. The Global Cash Operations Team work closely with other Corporate Treasury teams and sector and corporate functions to support our global businesses on all Treasury aspects.

Role Summary:
This role will play a primary part in the daily activities of the Europe Treasury Cash Operations team ensuring the effective management of cash positions. The role will involve a mixture of core tasks and project related initiatives and will provide a broad exposure to Cash Management tasks.
Primary Accountabilities:
This role will be involved in the core daily activities of the European Corporate Treasury team including:
- Managing daily activity of the three European cash pools. This includes the preparation of the daily cash flows, the consolidation of balances and completing the daily investment decision
- Reporting of Cash, Investment and Debt balances for Senior Treasury management review
- Reconciliation of European Holding Company accounts and completion of periodic close process via Treasury Management System
- Processing of movements for all transfers for Europe M&A activity.
- Responsible for executing funding and FX transactions on the European Holding Company accounts.
- Monitoring of bank balances in line with Treasury policy
- Support System Administration for two banking platforms
- Ensure all activities undertaken comply with SOX and Operational controls and assist with testing on a quarterly basis
Qualifications/Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Treasury / Banking experience in particular in area of cash management, ideally operating within a multinational environment
- Working knowledge of/exposure to Internal Controls and SOX regulations
- High level of accuracy, numerical ability and agility, strong attention to detail
- Accustomed to working on own initiative and adhering to strict deadlines
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
Desired Skills:
- Accountancy Qualification, fully or part qualified
- Experience working with Treasury Management Systems and electronic banking platforms
- FinTech related project skills (e.g. bank files, SWIFT)
- Working knowledge coupled with experience of MS Office applications and ERP systems
- Demonstrated track record of project implementation
