Job role: Chief Financial Officer

(Ukrainian retail company, which operates in its segment for over 10 years. Turnover UAH 1 billion +).

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
Reporting Line: General Manager, Shareholder
Under control: financial team (30+ employees)
 
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Modernisation of financial function (audit of existing processes and procedures; optimization of inefficient processes).
  • Active participation in the development and implementation of recommendations to the company management aimed at business efficiency improvement.
  • Ensuring representation of the company's interests in relations with major partners and customers - banks, potential partners, etc.
  • Developing and analyzing the execution of long-term business plans to support the company's development strategy.
  • Financial and economic modeling of investment projects of the company, risk analysis.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • The Ideal Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a Finance Director.
  • Successful experience in retail companies will be an advantage.

 
EDUCATION

  • Graduate degree in Economics and/or Finance.
  • International finance certification would be an advantage.
