Your field of responsibility

As part of the role, your responsibilities include:

  • As a key member of a growing globally distributed team, you will work on a strategic Group Finance technology platform (primarily based on Oracle Hyperion) with the opportunity to influence direction for the ExB/BoD Planning, Forecasting and Actual MI Reporting systems as well as related business processes
  • Run global projects to introduce new systems and functionalities
  • Seek to assist with the major change initiatives
  • Lead the implementation of new requirements, process changes and enhancements requested by business partners
  • Application configuration, master data management
  • Define system governance and strategy
  • Provide go-live, post go-live and business support
  • Coordinate user training, onboarding and guidance
  • Close collaboration with IT to design and implement solutions
  • Work independently as well as within a team in an international and large-scale organization
Your future colleagues

We are system management team for the systems which manages the MI reporting and Group finance planning, forecasting and planning activities. This is 10 member team which manage around 7 application also will be part of the strategic and other project on the planning as business analyst. All the applications are Hyperion planning application. Team interacts with the top management of group planning team to support the BAU activities. We are responsible for system BAU activities, governance and controls.

Your skills and experience

You are expected to possess the below:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • 8+ years of professional experience, preferably working in a Global Organization
  • Experience with the Oracle Hyperion product suite
  • System change experience within the financial industry preferably in Planning, Forecasting and Performance Measurement
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and outstanding proficiency in MS Office and Excel
  • Advanced analytical, diagnostic and technical skills
  • Understanding the fundamental finance concepts such as forecasting and budgeting as well as financial reporting (external and internal) and ability to see data in business context and communicate to internal partners
  • Understanding of other Hyperion applications (e.g. FDMEE) and related products
  • Experience in system production support
  • 3+ years of experience in Corporate Finance (Planning, Forecasting, Performance Measurement)
