Profile

1. Work with China business management team and other finance functions to develop long term strategic plan as well as annual budget
2. Analyze monthly financial actuals of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) comparing with historical data, industry key players and annual budget to identify the gaps, reasons, and actions to close the gap
3. Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made
4. Partner directly with the finance team and central FP&A groups to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews
5. Prepare presentations and various reports to support business needs
6. Work with project finance team and BD team to reconcile monthly top line, including gross new business, net new business, revenue, backlog, etc.
7. Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives

Job Offer

1. Bachelor degree or above in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or other equivalent qualifications
2. More than 8 years working experience in finance function with >5 years in FP&A function. >3 years consulting firm experience is a plus
3. Strong analytical, problem solving skills with ability to work under pressure
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to address risks and collaboratively work with related business/function to improve internal control environment
5. Excellent English in both oral and written
