Client Details

Our client is an independent private equity, focusing on real estate investment in Hong Kong and United Kingdom. They are looking for an experienced assistant accountant to join their accounting team.

Description

* Handle daily accounting operation, including month end closing, inter-group transactions, consolidations and reconciliations
* Assist in financial reporting and other FP&A functions such as variance analysis, weekly cash flow projection and annual/quarterly budgeting and forecast
* Responsible for tenancy finance related matters, including invoicing, ageing analysis and follow up with tenants.
* Support compliance matters such as documentations of KYC and bank account opening
* Liaise with external auditor, tax agent and company secretary

Profile

* Degree holder in Accountancy
* 3 year of experience in Accounting
* Solid experience in handling full set of books, consolidations and reconciliations
* Hands on experience in FP&A such as variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting
* Exposure in private equity/ real estate investment is high preferred
* Proficient in MS Excel, Chinese typing
* Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
