Reporting directly to the Head of Finance and overseeing a small team, this role will be responsible for delivering insightful financial reporting and analysis to support the business growth plans.

Key responsibilities:
* Preparing monthly management accounts with commentary for each site and group consolidation
* Deep dive financial analysis
* Preparing budgets and forecasts
* Statutory reporting and compliance
* Developing systems and automating processes
* Manage junior finance assistants
* Transformation projects
Skills:
* Newly Qualified Accountant -ACA / ACCA / CIMA
* Experience in a scale-up environment or first move from practice with experience dealing with high-growth businesses.
* Good communicator and strong business partnering skills
* Ambitious and innovative thinker
