Ireland Controllers Team Dublin:

Ireland Controllers Team is part of the Ireland Finance Function in Dublin.

Primary responsibility of the team is Statistical reporting, monitoring of legal entity financials, legal entity management and Finance governance as well as ensuring effectiveness of controls over financial reporting and compliance with regulations (local law and Citi policies).

Ireland Controllers Team is an active and energetic unit with a lot of focus on innovation and with great possibilities to work across countries.

What will you do?

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Oversight and governance over legal entity management and statistical reporting
  • Close collaboration with Regulatory Reporting Production team in Budapest and Corporate Close Team in Mumbai
  • Ensuring effective controls over regulatory reporting and on-time remediation and escalation of issues
  • Oversight of Finance reporting to various governance committees and forums
  • Involvement in various projects related to regulatory reporting, controls and governance

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Understanding of financial controls (including regulatory reporting and legal entity management)
  • 7 years of experience in finance or financial reporting
  • University/College degree, specialized in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics,
  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills and being fluent in English
  • Attention to details, very good analytical and organizational skills, ability to learn new systems and analytics software
