Our Global Finance Controllership Team provides support for the business for technical tax and accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual reporting and analysis.

As Operational Controllership Analyst you are driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis, while understanding concepts, methods, procedures and approaches.

As Operational Controllership Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Leading statutory audit fieldwork E2E starting by putting together the S2G walk through coordinating discussion with audit team till FS presentation to controllership team prior signature
• Handling direct communication with Controllership team on audit progress and addressing findings as a result of the FS completion along with proposal of risk mitigation
• Contributing to discussion around Transfer Pricing process and controlling procedure
• Handling and reviewing S2G reconciliation for dedicated account categories
• Elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.
• Contributing to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Have several years of experience in auditing field or working within an Accounting, Finance, IT, Consulting or process improvement area.
• Have full professional proficiency in English
