Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team for analyzing commercial contracts & investments
• Drive and support the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management
• Build strong connections across Sales and Marketing teams and become a trusted partner in supporting ROI evaluation
• Partnering with the Marketing Team to provide the Gross sale contribution and net contribution analysis for various advertising & promotion agreements.
• Manage evaluation reports on advertising & promotion investment, such as channel profitability, brand and packing profitability
• Periodical tracking on Sales achievement vs target in various promotion agreements
• Providing up-to-date advertising & promotion spending including accruals, processing of claims or deductions with
• Customer Sales Contributions status
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis on new business initiatives

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Commercial Finance, with at least 3 years’ experience in commercial accounting or operational finance 
• Strong analytical ability and forecasting skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience in investment appraisal, profitability analysis
• MNC experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills and connect proactively across various levels in the Business Units
• Capable to identify the necessary data from Oracle and external data
• Proficient user in Excel
• Understanding the promotion activities and sales contribution as well as forecasting processing
• Excellent leadership and analytical skills with a strong business sense
• Good time management skill and able to work under pressure
