Job Title: Accounts Payable Manager

Location: Leicester/Home working

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum plus benefits

Key Purpose

The successful candidate will ensure that the Accounts Payable Team runs smoothly by adhering to company policies, along with the continual review of procedures to ensure best practice is delivered. You will play a vital role in communicating financial insight into the business.

Key Responsibilities

As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will manage the accounts payable team which is made up of 8 employees. You will manage the reporting of accounts payable KPIs including team and supplier performance. You will lead and support the Leisure Finance Accounts payable with improvement projects as well as coach, mentor and address Accounts Payable training and development needs via the team's individual development team.

What you need to do the job

Firstly, you must have a proven track record of collaborating with business leaders in a complex business environment. You will have evidence of your ability to influence, negotiate, listen, and resolve conflicts with key decision makers. It is essential that you can translate business requirements into open, honest, and transparent insight to solve business challenges. Lastly, you will have experience of having worked successfully in a virtual team.
