FINANCE MANAGER

We are a leading group of companies providing trust and assets management services to our clients, both locally and internationally. To cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager.

Duties
• Reporting to the Group Financial Controller and supervise a small team of accounting staff;
• Handle full sets of accounts, AR, AP, P&L, BS for all group companies;
• Prepare monthly management accounts of group companies and consolidated accounts of the group in a timely, accurate and efficient manner;
• Liaise with external auditor during annual audit;
• Provide accounting support to trust administration and customer service departments where necessary;
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required by management from time to time  

Qualifications & Requirements
• Qualified accountants with 3 - 5 years or above working experience;
• Past audit experience is preferable but not a must;
• Past experience in trust companies a definite advantage;
• Proficient in FLEX, MYOB, QuickBooks accounting system;
• Well versed in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.;
• Patient and attentive to details & figures;
• Hard-working and can work under pressure to meet tight deadline;
• Immediately available is highly preferred
