An Assistant Manager is required to work across the buy and sell side of corporate finance engagements.

This small corporate finance advisory firm in London works at the intersection of media and technology. They work across the buy and sell side of engagements providing a mix of sell side corporate finance advisory, buy side advisory and financial due diligence.

Description

As an Assistant Manager within the team, you will advise some of the leading companies seeking to sell or raise funds alongside leading strategic and institutional investors and acquirors in the media and technology sectors.

Their approach is built on analytical insights and productive relationships, forming a close partnership with every business to empower the right decision.

Profile

You will be someone who enjoys taking ownership of their own work, meeting new people and being challenged by new problems.

Job requirements:

• ACA/CA qualified
• Some Transaction Services/Lead advisory experience in a large accountancy firm is preferred, but not essential.
• Passion for the media and technology sectors
• Analytical approach, personable style, detail orientated
• Good working knowledge of MS Powerpoint, Excel & Word and email

Job Offer

• £55,000 - £60,000 base salary, private healthcare, a performance-based bonus scheme, generous holiday allowance and flexible working practices.
• 9am-6pm working hours.
• No requirement to work weekends.
