Exciting FP&A Reporting Manager role responsible for the month end actuals, forecasting and associated reporting for the UK&I entities. Working closely with the Head of FP&A to develop reporting and integrate acquisitions and consolidate results to leadership.

Description
- Responsible for the preparation and management reporting of month end actuals, forecasting, and associated reporting for the regional business
- Support Head of FP&A in developing reporting to integrate the new acquisitions and consolidate results to local management, and Group where required
- Budget management and control of Indirects, providing challenge where necessary and streamlining and developing the reporting process to allow for insightful analysis
- Support Head of FP&A in delivering high level insights on business trends and overall business presentations for Board and Parent group
- Understand and be able to perform all month end, quarterly and year end processes in order to support the FP&A analyst and improve processes where appropriate
- Lead review of processes and existing reporting to deliver improvement in insight and efficiency
- Coordinate, prepare/review and ensure timely and accurate production of all monthly management reporting and presentations. Identifying business trends, issues and opportunities for performance improvement and communicating these to the Head of FP&A, Head of Finance, and FD
- Lead the development of the month end management reporting packs
- Own weekly sales reporting and commentary by working collaboratively with key business Stakeholders
- Prepare the monthly Board Reporting pack
- Maintain EBITDA tracker
- Responsible for rolling over monthly and quarterly schedules
- Review Indirects actuals and budget with Head of Finance on a quarterly and annual basis providing guidance where needed
- Drive change to deliver improvement in efficiency and effectiveness of reporting (forecast and budgets)
- Lead the planning process through all key periods (QxF and AP) taking ownership of Factbooks and group supporting files
- Perform ad hoc analysis for Head of FP&A, Head of Finance, and Group
- Represent FP&A in meetings and stand in for Head of FP&A where required
- Understand SAP/BI/BPC interface and use systems
- Own finished cost of goods file, maintain in forecasting system and co-ordinate into other financial systems
Profile
- CIMA/ACCA qualified
- Previous experience of working within FMCG or fast-paced environment
- Has a commercial understanding of the business including expertise in balance sheet and profit and loss accounting
- Analytical, ability to understand key drivers of performance
- Challenges own, and others' thinking to identify and get to the heart of problems, delivering sound solutions
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Work well under tight deadlines
