Supply Chain Finance Business Partner

For one of our client, we are currently looking for Candidates for the role of:

Position: Finance Business Partner (Supply Chain)
Location: Piaseczno County, Mazovia (20 km away from Warsaw)

ROLE:

• Co-ordinate forecasting and annual budget process in conjunction with factory management and production planning,
• Business partnering, development and financial evaluation for new investments projects in the plant (CAPEX), and execution Cost Improvement programs,
• Business partnering and supporting the Factory Management Team,
• Ensure accurate and timely production of reporting pack,
• Optimize and streamline processes,
• Drive the dialog with other key management stakeholders,
• Take ownership of accounting issues related to the plant,
• Ensure that internal controls are SOX compliant.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience as a Business Controller, Finance Business Partner or a similar position within manufacturing company,
• Preferable experience in companies with international/global footprint,
• Fluent English,
• Higher education in Finance, Management or similar,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Strategic thinking and business understanding,
• Good relationship and stakeholder management,
• Advanced skills in MS Excel.
