An outstanding opportunity to join us as a Specialist in Internal Audit’s Chief of Staff team, where you will play a supporting role in translating our business vision into a people strategy which is fit for purpose. You will perform HR related analysis and create dashboards that help the team achieve their strategic outcomes efficiently and craft communications which easily set out the information staff need to execute their roles well. You will also have the opportunity to learn techniques in the field of Data Analytics and apply them effectively. Interacting with a global team, you will engage in the design and deliver of a variety of people, culture, leadership and learning specific topics as well as supporting continuous process improvement.

Your future colleagues

The Chief of Staff team is based in Switzerland, London and Poland, and reports directly into the Global Head of Internal Audit. Our mission is to help the function create the Auditor of the Future, via a state of the art people strategy to attract, develop and retain our talent. We actively shape the performance and talent management approach of the function in close collaboration with the Human Resource department, and run initiatives such as sourcing the right talent and building the next generation of auditors. Our leadership in developing our Audit Academy helps build well-informed auditors with deep industry knowledge and commercial expertise. In addition, we are supporting the function in key department-wide communications. This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for:

  • Undergraduate degree with proven work experience
  • Strong analytical skills and precision in delivery which, when paired with an interest in Human Resources and an ability to build positive relationships, sets you apart
  • An avid learner and a dedicated problem solver with a can-do attitude. Proven ability to manage work effectively under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational skills, multi-tasking and time management skills enable you to quickly gain trust and deliver effectively towards deadlines
