We are looking for an Accounts Officer

JOB PURPOSE

The incumbent will be responsible for posting all payment requests and payroll in accounting system.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Timely posting of Payment Requests (PR) in accounting sytem after thorough review of supporting documents; ensuring submission is as per company policies.
  • Timely posting of payroll in the accounting system.
  • Responsible for getting audits done with regards to payroll and payments.
  • Any other task assigned by supervisor.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)

Required Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor's in Accounting and Finance.

  • Communication Skills
  • Meeting Deadlines
  • Team Player

Education: Bachelors

Degree Title: BBA / BS / B.Com / Equivalent

Career Level: Intermediate

Experience: 2 Years
