In your role as Corporate Finance Associate Director/Director in the North East you will take a lead advisor role on client engagements and work as part of the senior leadership team to drive growth in the region. Our team provides clients with a full suite of M&A services advising on acquisitions, disposals, buy-outs / buy-ins and equity and debt fund raisings.

You will be encouraged to network with Azets Corporate Finance teams in the UK & overseas to ensure we provide the best client service using the strength of our National CF resource.

For this position, we are looking for someone with extensive experience of buy-side and sell-side M&A projects, working as part of an M&A advisory team. You will be comfortable and highly capable at developing new business opportunities with an ability to win new work from a broad network of contacts. Ideally, you will also have experience of overseeing and developing junior colleagues to progress in their own career.

You will be a key part of the Senior Leadership team within our North East region and will benefit from collaborating nationally with our other Corporate Finance teams across the Group. In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop and expand this service line within the region acting as an integral part of our growth plans.
