Page Personnel are currently working with a growing retail company who are based in West London. They have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Assistant to join their busy finance team on an interim basis with an opportunity to become permanent.
- Assist in administering payroll, benefits, compensation and general HR activities Take responsibility for full payroll cycle Be comfortable with payroll calculations for both tax and NI Process monthly payrolls and maintaining payroll recordsDay-to-day payroll responsibilities, handling queries and supporting the HR function Handle HMRC liaison, queries and submissions Support year end and tax end requirements and auditProduce regular management payroll reports
To be considered for this Payroll Assistant role:
- Two years within a similar payroll position ideally
- Experience processing UK, US and Asia payroll would be beneficial
- Demonstrable experience as Payroll Specialist in a commercially fast paced environment Excellent communication skillsHigh degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of Payroll procedures and policies High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs with intermediate to advanced level Excel skills. Strong organisational and detail-orientedKnowledge of Cascade beneficial
This position will pay £17.50-18 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay.
