Key Responsibilites

  • Responsible for managing trust portfolio of clients including meeting the various deadlines and prompt response to client’s queries.
  • Record trust transactions and prepare financial statements that comply with trust agreements, regulatory guideline, and accounting principles.
  • Liaison with TOS (Trust Operation Support) for any trust transaction matters.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management.
  • Supervise a small team of 2 members.

Special Skills

  • Knowledge in bookkeeping and IFRS

Relevant Experience

  • Minimum 3 – 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an audit environment

Education/Memberships

  • Degree in Finance and/or Accounting or an equivalent qualification
  • ACCA

Computer Skills

  • Computer proficiency in MS Office Applications.
  • Knowledge of Xero accounting software would be advantage.

Languages

  • Good and fluency written and oral communication skills in English.
