This role is company head of FPA, directly report to FD to support overall business in greater china. candidate would get the chance to support company BU head/GM on company strategy support and business analysis.

Description

-Provide business-partnering services in conjunction with the Financial Planning & Analysis function.
-Excellent analytical, financial modeling and spreadsheet skills to analyze complex financial data, extract and define relevant information, and interpret data.
-Communication - The candidate will have demonstrated the ability to anticipate information needs and distill the relevant information into understandable presentations to various levels of the organization.
-Prepare annual budget & monthly forecasts. Recommend adjustments, and other cost improvement or margin enhancement measures. Includes budget recommendations and monitoring business performance.
-Support improvement and creation of Key Performance Indicators.
-Active involvement in the enhancement of management reporting and other financial tools.
-Collaborate in the development of short- and long-range operating objectives.
-Analyze monthly results including comparison to budget and prior periods to understand results and be able to use information in future forecasts, budgeting and business analysis.
-Develop and implement Finance policies and procedures as needed

Profile

-Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or Business. MBA and/or CPA/ACCA/CIMA are preferred.
-Language: Fluent written and spoken English skills.
-High degree of proficiency with Excel, Power Point, MS Access
-Experience: at least 8-10 years in FP&A, strong operational and accounting knowledge is preferred, experience in service area will be a plus
-Strong business acumen, strong communication, and collaboration skills, Leadership skills is preferred.
-Open-minded, possessing a can-do attitude. Able to work under pressure and drive for changes
