JOB DESCRIPTION:

PROJECTS:
  • Project's objectives: enhance current Source To Pay processes to achieve better control, effectiveness/efficiency.
  • Scope: related to Source To Pay team
  • Project's timeline: 6 months

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1, Summary:

This intern will support Source To Pay team for some projects, support to audit and internal control process for CFS 3A. Further, this intern will be engaged to the checking/managing hardcopy of original supporting documents for payments processed by soft files during Covid lock down period.
  • High frequency of interaction: daily communication to STP team and other departments
  • Working location: 3A office at Flemington tower, 182 Le Dai Hanh, District 11, HCMC
2, Core job responsibilities:
  • Support Source To Pay team members to double check the original supporting documents for payments processed by soft files during Covid period
  • Co-ordinate with the implementation of non-PO based payment process at P2P system
  • Assist internal and external audit
  • Co-ordination with other financial control process for CFS 3A
  • Other ad-hoc when required

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
  • Graduated from University
