Responsibilities: Posting supplier invoices; Authorising invoices for payment; Credit control / reconciling supplier accounts to statements; Preparing lodgements; Preparing cheques for approval and signing; Debtor control; and Other ad hoc accounts and administration duties as required. Candidates should have the following attributes: Requirements: Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage priorities to ensure deadlines are met; Meticulous attention to detail; Proficient in Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word); Flexible approach to work and the requirements of a busy office; and Ability to act with confidentiality and discretion.
