Strategydotzero is Gravity's proprietary platform intended to disrupt the way strategy is designed and executed across organisations. StrategyDotZero is a cloud-based application that takes a systemic and collaborative approach to strategy design and execution focussed on strategic alignment, capability improvement and enterprise business performance management.

We are currently hiring Interns for an Innovation Graduate/Business Analyst Role
In this Role you will :
- develop your skills to shape and direct the technical solutions that solve our clients' business challenges.
- evaluate the project requirements, work alongside a project team to set the technical strategy, process and technology architecture, and support the delivery of change.
- grow to become an expert in exploring how a client's vision is achieved through using our product and applying the latest technologies,
- be trained in some key technologies to get you started and placed on projects where you will build your skills and experience to deliver valuable solutions to our clients
- contribute and participate in design activities
- be involved in building and testing of prototypes.
- investigate and troubleshoot non-conformance issues.
- build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and teams across the whole business.
- effectively manage time to meet all task milestones and communicate proactively with lead and members of the team.
- continue to grow and maintains own skill set
- be aware of, participate in and assist with the trail of continuous improvement activities
To be successful for the role, you are:
- Graduating from a Bachelors /Masters degree( preferably in Engineering/ Computer Science or related ) in 2022 or are within the first 2 years of their professional working life.
- An entrepreneurial and innovative spirit. You are curious, creative, and innovative by nature and always looking at things from a new perspective.
- An individual that thrives in collaborative environments, love bouncing ideas off others and sense making. You are willing to take on any task and learn new skills and capabilities.
- Focused on building your commercial acumen and deepening your understanding of the business, client, and industries in which you work in.
- A strong oral and written communicator, who can clearly articulate ideas, actively listen and have empathy and compassion for the client.
- Motivated to get things done, show initiative and take ownership of any task at hand.
