An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join our Communities Finance team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for financial management, analysis, and reporting across two of our NSW communities' projects, being Jordan Springs and Rouse Hill.

Specifically, the Finance Manager will work closely with the Development Team to ensure that financial outcomes of the NSW communities' projects are reported accurately and in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Coordinate and deliver the monthly review of CA updates to support financial reporting and analysis, including forecasts across financial KPIs;
  • Coordinate the monthly cost reporting process for Communities projects;
  • Coordinate the annual budget processes for Communities projects that aligns profit outcomes, cash, capital and cost base with key strategic initiatives through the 5 year plan period, driving accountability for budget outcomes through projects;
  • Review of Half Year and Full Year project statutory submissions; and
  • Deliver & support the development of financial strategies to maximise Lendlease returns through launch, leasing, commencement, sell down and other trading or transactional decisions for projects.

You will bring relevant tertiary qualifications and technical post tertiary qualifications which include CA or CPA qualifications with at least 5 years' experience in financial reporting, financial planning & analytics, or a related field. Your strong commercial acumen skills will be supported by your ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment working both autonomously and as part of a team. Property experience will be advantageous.
