Northreach have partnered with a leading Financial Services Group in Bradford looking to hire an experienced and knowledgeable Risk Advisory Manager to support and challenge the first line across multiple business areas. This person will play a key part in the shared service Risk & Compliance function for the wider group.
The Main Responsibilities:
* Support & challenge the 1st line in relation to their ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with key business processes
* Assist in embedding a risk-aware culture at all levels throughout the business
* Support and advise in regard to implementing the Group Enterprise Risk Framework
* Support the 1st line in understanding and adhering to Group Risk appetite
* Assist in implementing and the completion of Risk & Control Self-assessment process (RCSA) in the 1st line
The Main Experience:
* Prior experience within a Risk Management role
* Experience advising, supporting and challenge the 1st line
* Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
* Ideally prior Financial Services experience within the lending space
