Description
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Managing, servicing and delivering client payrolls within agreed time-frames & deadlines
- Inputting and validating payroll data
- Handling all payroll related customer queries
- Communicating effectively with internal & external contacts
- Managing and supporting customers through the payroll process
- Assisting the management team with coaching & development of team members
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have payroll experience within a payroll environment
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be computer literate and able to operate Microsoft Word & Excel
- Have knowledge of payroll legislation, Tax, NI, SSP and SMP
- Have previous supervisory experience - desirable
