About us
Cloud accounting is the future of the profession, changing the way we interact with our clients to deliver services that previously just were not possible. You will be an integral part of our IntelliG+Ence outsourced finance team, working for a wide variety of clients. Your specific tasks will be focused on accounting and reconciling the sales, purchase, payroll, and banking transactions of your clients on a real-time basis. Working with leading cloud-based accounting technology you will become proficient in the use of Xero and key finance functions add-ons such as Dext and Approval Max. Our focus is to utilise technology to automate processing, so you can concentrate on reconciling the information ensuring it is complete and accurate so it can be relied upon for decision making and preparing the necessary submissions to HMRC. We are a young, growing team of 20 people working across two offices looking for technology-minded individuals to join us.
The role
We have three vacancies and are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic candidates, who share our values and have an interest in attaining the AAT qualification, to join our IntelliG+Ence team.

Person Specification Education/Qualifications:
This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with a proposed start date of 5 September 2022. Salary and benefits will be discussed at the interview, with benefits including a fully-funded study package, on-the-job training, mentoring, and flexi-time. - Maintaining accounting records for a portfolio of clients on a real time basis utilising cloud-based software and add-ons
- Working collaboratively with clients to ensure the information is complete and correctly categorised
- Reconciling the data to ensure the financial information is accurate, up to date, and can be relied upon by the client
- Preparation of VAT returns

- The successful applicant will have good numeracy and literacy skills
