Your new company
My client is a family owned national transport business based in Otara, New Zealand.
We are recruiting for a passionate and friendly individual who would love to join their team on a temporary contract who is ready to start in January.
Your new role
- End-to-end AP
- clearing a back-log of invoices
- Managing overseas and domestic payments
- Handling a reasonably large number of invoices every month (1000+)
- Prompt weekly payment, and 20th payment run
- Investigate discrepancies and manage supplier queries.
- Maintaining supplier details
What you'll need to succeed
- Two years+ experience in the end-to-end Accounts Payable process
- Previous knowledge of an ERP system is critical
- Attention to detail, plus excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and driven
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
