Michael Page have been exclusively engaged by a great Not for Profit organisation going through a period of change who are looking to strengthen their team with a Finance Manager.

The Finance Manager will report to the Finance Director and will manage a small team of circa 5 staff.

Over the next 6 months, the Finance Manager will be tasked with completing a review of the Finance Function and making recommendations to a new "fit for purpose" finance team.

A full review of the Monthly reports for stakeholders and changes where appropriate.

Timely production of the Monthly Accounts

Full Statutory Accounting and liaison with the external Auditors.

Profile

You will be a CCAB qualified Accountant.

You will have proven experience managing a small finance team and being "hands on" with Accounts production.

You will have proven experience of driving change in a finance department.

You will have great steak holder engagement skills.

Job Offer

Salary c£175 - £220 per day PAYE/Umbrella or Ltd CO

Immediate start

6 month contract

Potential to go perm for the right candidate.
