Michael Page are recruiting for a Commercial Finance Manager for a business in Halifax.

Our client are growing rapidly and as such a new role has been created within the Commercial Finance team.

The business offer a range of services such as heating, fore safety, and air conditioning to a number of commercial clients.

Description

The role will report into the Commercial Finance Director, and responsibilities will include:

• Financial reporting and analysis to key stakeholders
• Provide business partnering support to operations outside of Finance
• Lead regular reviews with Operational Managers regarding operational and financial performance
• Support Commercial Finance Director in budget preparation and analysis
• Analyse large datasets to monitor performance, highlight trends and provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
• Varied ad-hoc project work

Profile

Ideally you will be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and some experience in Industry would be beneficial.

You will be a confident communicator, able to influence and challenge where necessary through sound financial advice.

You'll also be strong on Excel, able to manipulate data and highlight risk and opportunity.
