Client Biller

The Client Biller position is a new and exciting opportunity based in the City of London, for an experienced biller to join a team of 11. You will be responsible for number of clients to ensure that all charges incurred on behalf of those clients, including any fees due to us, are billed accurately and timely in line with both client contracts and internal policies.

Within the EMEA region alone, my client invest and manage over £3 billion for some the largest companies and employ over 3,400 people across EMEA.

This role will be based out of there newly designed City of London office alongside their expansive finance team and wider business.

Description

The Client Biller will be responsible for the following:

• Media Billing: Ensure there is the correct client approval in place, and billings are raised for the media which has been delivered

• Non-Media Billing: Ensuring there is the correct client approval in place, and raise all billings for non-media activity

• Uploading billing documents to client portals or emailing to the client

• Maintain client finance folder

• Maintain Financial status tracker

• Creating and maintaining client billable jobs, ensuring WIP balances are in a credit balance, as well ensuring the jobs are closed at the end of each project and revenue taken when due

• Completing or approval of payable costs which are processed through our Vantage (SAP) system relating to client billable jobs.

• Reconciling all billable jobs for your client and communicating any discrepancies or queries with the account teams, keeping a record of the job rec with any comments in the client finance folders.

• Meeting with the account teams on a regular basis (either monthly or weekly) to ensure all activity has been captured on the system, billed out to client, as well as resolving any pending queries.

• Completing the various reporting required to complete month end, such as unbilled media commentary, WIP commentary. As well as assisting with month end accruals for Intercompany costs not posted on the system by providing approvals and coding.

Profile

THe successful Client Biller:

Must have previous billing experience within Media Industry

• Exposure to working with multiple currencies and FX reconciliations

• Mediaocean (DDS) and SAP experience

• Exposure to SOX compliances

• Advanced level of Microsoft Excel

Job Offer

The successful Client Biller will receive the competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 along with these other benefits:
