Your field of responsibility

The candidate will have the following responsibilities relating to the following aspects of the role:

  • Support regulatory reporting team for all the regulatory reports to Chinese Authority, including PBOC, CBIRC, SAFE and etc, make sure all the regulatory reports timely submission with sufficient quality, and able to highlight any new reporting requirement;
  • Preparing the daily accounting entries and voucher process, including all the bank business related expense payment, make sure all the daily routine work complete timely and accurately;
  • Providing sufficient supporting documents for control and audit process, and maintain the fixed assets; depreciation and other supporting schedule;
  • Make accurate documentation on the tax returns and any ad-hoc queries from the local Tax Bureau;
  • Act a key finance support staff for China WFOE entities.

Your future colleagues

The Legal Entity Financial Department

  • Own the legal entity governance of local regulatory reporting, financial and management reporting, tax;
  • Own all external reporting across financial, ratios, balance sheet
  • Primary face off to local regulators;
  • Responsible for certain initiatives at LE level

Your skills and experience

The candidate should have the following experiences and skills

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate in Finance / Statistics / Economics / Sciences / Mathematics degree is essential
  • Up to 2 years’ proven work experience in Banking Industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
