Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist

Key activities:

•  Preparing transfer pricing documentation (TPD) for the client and its subsidiaries seated in:

            – Switzerland

            – 3 EU countries

            – Singapore

            – other jurisdictions (possible in the future)

• Liaising with client’s representatives to determine functions, assets and risks in related party transactions subject to TPD requirements
• Extracting and analyzing data necessary to prepare TPD (transaction volumes, amounts, related costs, profitability, etc.) from the ERP system of the client
• Coordinating TPD projects with external consultants when applicable (determining scope of work to be outsourced, providing information and data, reviewing deliverables, etc.)
• Close cooperation with the client’s tax team with respect to new business structures that will be subject to TPD requirements
• Preparing  explanations and additional information / data as could be requested by tax authorities upon their review of TPD
• Any other ad hoc TPD matters

Qualifications required:

• At least 3 years of work experience in transfer pricing with various types of clients
• Experience from Big4 companies is a big plus
• Fluent English (all deliverables will be in English), Russian is a plus
• Very good communication, planning and analytical skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of the OECD transfer pricing approach (Guidelines, BEPS, etc.)
• Able to work independently as well as within a team
