Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Group Rolling Forecast and Preparation of Board Papers: -
- Preparation and compilation of the Quarterly Group Rolling Forecast.
- Analyse the movement/ variance in Rolling Forecast (Actual vs Forecast, Actual vs BP and Actual vs Actual for current quarter vs previous quarter, current quarter vs last year quarter and year to year).
- Analyse Group Operating expenses.
- Preparation of Board Slides for Quarterly results.
Business Plan and Preparation of Board Papers: -
- Preparation and compilation of the Yearly Group Business Plan.
- Analyse and explain the movement in the Business Plan’s financials (Year on Year).
- Preparation of Board Slides for Group Business Plan.
Group Financial Results for GHR reporting to Remuneration Committee: -
- Preparation and compilation of Financial results and bonus information to GHR.
- Provide financial KPI by company / by segment to GHR.
Valuation Exercise for Investment Properties and Other Properties: -
- Collate & coordinate annual re-valuation / valuation / update exercise for all Investment Properties before the year-end audit.
- Liaise with BU and Valuer for all the info / doc required for the properties under valuation.
- Preparation of Board Slides for FV gain / loss resulting from the yearly valuation exercise.
- Other matters relating to valuation.
Ad Hoc & Others Task assigned : -
- Preparation of financial data for Bank Covenants reporting (yearly / half yearly).
- Improve on the work processes and template as and when required for better efficiency & effectiveness.
- Participate in project work on improvement & enhancement.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Executives with at least 1 year working experience in accounting .
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Willing to work in Bandar Sunway
