About the role A number of exciting opportunities have arisen to join the legal team based in our state of the art facility in Belfast, working closely with our London office. We are looking for talented and ambitious individuals with a passion for client service. We are experiencing significant growth in both our private and public sector practices largely due to our ability to harness new technology to deliver better services, faster. Specifically, the role is likely to include: Reviewing, assessing, and drafting IT, IP and commercial agreements; Advice on IT, IP, e-commerce and general commercial laws; Supporting clients in the negotiation of a range of transactions Some corporate support/due diligence work; Business Development, including over time building a network of referrers within PwC as well as developing direct client relationships. General Commercial, IP/IT and Outsourcing agreements. Essential skills/Requirements Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or equivalent common law jurisdiction Excellent academic background IT law experience Strong contract drafting and analytical skills 2-4 years' PQE Ability to meet tight deadlines and to thrive in a fast-paced environment The ability to us initiative and a willingness to embrace innovation and continuous improvement Ability to meet tight deadlines and to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Ability to harness new technology to deliver better services, faster Location Belfast Tax We help organisations and the people who run them answer the big business questions.
