Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain a portfolio of Registrar and Transfer Agent clients
- Process incoming transfers on a daily basis to registers assigned
- Review transfers processed by Associates
- Maintain corporate statutory registers
- Liaise with shareholders and maintain current shareholders information as it relates to main and sub-registers (JCSD)
- Process, prepare and dispatch dividend payments to shareholders
- Assist with the coordination of Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings
- Preparation of ACH and RTGS payments files
- Preparation of reconciliation of ACH files, dividend bank accounts for R&T clients
- Manage routine queries from shareholders as it relates to but not excluding their shareholding(s) and dividend payments
- Respond to inquiries from Stockbrokers, attorneys and other stake holders
- Monitor and report on the activity of the directors, senior management and their connected parties’ shareholdings
- Prepare regulatory reports on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis for clients and the JSE respectively
- Assist with the management of temporary staff
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, particularly with TAJ (Stamp Office)
- Assist with any other related task
Required Skills:

- Excellent computer skills particularly Microsoft Excel
- Ability to build and sustain effective client/customer relationships
- Demonstrate change agility and ability to multi-task and meet critical deadlines with minimal supervision

Minimum experience required:
- Undergraduate degree in Management Studies (Accounting) or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
