Who we are looking for:

The accounting oversight manager is based in Edinburgh and will manage the accounting delivery process ensuring that all deliverables are quality controlled and dispatched on time, in accordance with client service level agreements.  This will require the ability to work to tight deadlines while ensuring that the control framework is applied effectively.  Staff management is a key part of the role to ensure key messages are communicated effectively and talent developed.  Fund Administration experience is essential coupled with the ability to manage the day to workflow of a pricing team. 

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

  • NAV delivery oversight
  • Reporting oversight
  • Accounting query resolution
  • Near Miss and Error logging

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business degree from University or equivalent/relevant market experience. 
  • Fund Administration experience essential, preferably at a large financial institution
  • Demonstrate good understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Ability to manage day to day workflow of a pricing team
  • Experience of staff management
