Where you'll work

Our Beloit, WI location is home to our Corporate Headquarters for the North American Region. This location has approximately 700 employees at this location that in roles such as regulatory, RD&A, finance, procurement, supply chain and customer care. It is easily commutable from the Rockford, Madison, and Milwaukee areas. You'll enjoy your time inside and outside of the office as we offer a full cafeteria, fitness center, and beautiful walking paths around the campus. What you'll do

• Provide leadership through role modelling and embodiment of the North America finance operating model implementation which will reflect best practice and global common ways of working
• Responsible for planning, developing, testing and deploying all new systems and upgrades as it relates to PMM
• Collaborate with functional and business stakeholders to ensure the business requirements are met
• Analyze/identify/action/implement solution, process and data improvements within a regional governance structure as it relates to PMM
• Ensure service levels on turnaround of service issues along with other role KPI’s are performing to target
• Assist in managing key PMM projects such as, but not limited to, mass price change and intercompany process improvements

What you'll need to be successful

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in accounting/finance or related area
• 5 or more years of pricing related experience required
• 5 or more years of SAP experience required
• Prior Vendavo pricing system experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail is critical
• Technical acumen with financial systems, processes, and data
• Strong data analytics and transformation skills
• Experience working in high volume and complex transaction environment
• Ability to work as an individual and in a team environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills including balancing multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and maintain relationships, influence, and communicate professionally to all levels of an organization
• Advanced Excel skills is required
