HOT JOB: Fund House seeking an Assistant Manager to support their Finance team | ~$50K + Bonus

This multinational financial institution is currently hiring for an Assistant Manager/Finance Manager position. Its office in Hong Kong offers a word-class working environment with great exposure to the private equity and buy-side industry.

Your new role

Your responsibilities include:

• Provide support in preparing financial reports, tax and regulatory returns;
• Assist fund operation procedure, e.g. capital call, distribution, management fee, bank transactions and ad-hoc tasks (for responding to investors' requests)
• Handle full set of accounts, invoice payments, staff claims and bank reconciliations, etc.;
• Liaise with auditors to ensure smooth year end closing for group related entities;
• Provide general administration, company secretarial and compliance support;
• Work with Management for regular review and enhancement of accounting workflow

What you'll need to succeed

• CPA or equivalent qualification
• Experience in handling PE/Venture Capital Fund
• Experience of working in SFC licensed corporations, FRR reporting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Independent with strong analytical, communication, and computer skills (e.g. QuickBooks)
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
