This Finance Administrator vacancy will offer the successful applicant a great opportunity to gain exposure within a fast paced finance department of this large and highly successful Financial Services business based in Stratford-upon-Avon. Dealing with a variety of financial administrative duties focussing around the processing of employee payroll you will deal with high volumes of data and need to be highly accurate.

Description
The Finance Administrator role will involve:
- Process and administer high volumes of payroll related data ensuring a high degree of accuracy when input to the financial system
- Ensure employee and payroll records are accurately administrated
- Collate, verify and update employee and pension data to relevant systems, ensuring individuals are paid accurately and on time in accordance with defined service standards and with adherence to legislation/statutory requirements and Group policies and procedures
- Interpret, advise, investigate and escalate as appropriate, incoming queries on Payroll and Pensions policies, processes and systems from employees, pensioners and third parties to support the delivery of a consistent and customer focussed service
- Coordinate, administer and monitor Payroll and Pensions documentation to enable processes to be completed within agreed service standards and in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Establish and maintain employee pension contributions as required working closely with selected pension providers and the internal pensions team to ensure all pension contributions are accurate and in line with statutory requirements.
Profile
To be successful in this role you with have experience of working in a within a proactive and focussed customer service environment dealing with high volumes of data which requires accuracy. Any knowledge of statutory payroll reporting and processing would be a distinct advantage but not essential. Experience of data input and processing activities within any finance field will be considered with wider skills of IT systems and Excel highly required.
