Description

Duties include:

  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Identifying any issues that may have occurred during the purchase ledger process
  • Analyse and interpreting the data to pin point where the issue occurred
  • Feedback the information found to relevant parties with solutions to resolve the issue
  • Ad hoc duties

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a full understanding of purchase ledger from start to finish - essential
  • Have experience working within a shared service centre - desirable
  • Have experience working with ERP accounting software - desirable
  • Have good problem solving skills - essential
  • Be able to communicate effectively and confidently with internal and external stakeholders - essential
