Michael Page are recruiting for a Systems Accountant to join a large commercial Not for Profit organisation based in Manchester on a fixed term contract until October 2023.

Description

As a Systems Accountant, duties will include but are not limited to, lead on a number of change initiatives, lead, organise and motivate the team to ensure that the project is met, ensure the project is operating efficiently, engaging with stakeholders to meet the needs of the organisation, engage in continual improvement activities, maintaining finance systems, dealing with queries, setting the budgets, identifying opportunities for standardisation, business process improvements and systems improvements in all core finance process, including the planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, lead and implement systems and business change processes to achieve improvements in these areas, undertake regular business process reviews and assess for efficiency and effectiveness, working with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvements and other ad hoc duties.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Be a Fully Qualified Accountant ESSENTIAL
• Have used Oracle Finances previously ESSENTIAL
• Have worked on a project previously ESSENTIAL
• Have worked with stakeholders previously ESSENTIAL

Job Offer

£45,000- £55,000 + Systems Accountant + Fixed Term Contract + Not for Profit organisation based in Manchester + competitive holiday and pension allowance
