Description

The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Supervise and lead the team in the end-to-end process of financial report preparation
• Manage daily performance of the team and resolve issues
• Design and implement policies, processes, and work flows to ease efficient, effective, and accurate flow of transactions within the financial system
• Provide value-adding recommendations to the upper management
• Coordinate with external auditors and improve upon their findings
• Ensure compliance to statutory requirements and regulations
