Temporary Assistant Accountant

Professional Search Group (PSG) is calling all immediate available Assistant Accountants for a Temporary position for a growing organisation in Sydney's South. This is a perfect opportunity for an immediately available Assistant Accountant who would like to secure a Temporary position in a business that has experienced exponential growth in 2016/17 and have forecasted this to continue in 2018. This role will fill by the end of this week and will last for at least 6 weeks.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Management and ownership of the Accounts Receivable Aged Trial Balance (ATB)
Preparation and processing of invoices and credit notes
Processing of Accounts Payable invoices
Preparation of Accounts Receivable documentation and statements
Allocations
Manage the daily caily cashflow, bank transfers and direct debits
Preparation of company credit cards for employees
Preperation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Maintaining the asset and lease registers
Ad hoc administration as required
